390th Memorial Museum Tucson, Arizona
I had the opportunity to present my book, Finding Bomb Boogie, and to meet Walter Ram, a docent at the 390th BG Museum, which is within the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona. Walter was in the same POW camp and the same barracks as my father: Stalag 17B. It was a pleasure (and a bit emotional) to meet Walter. The staff at the 390th BG Museum were exceptional hosts, and the museum is fantastic!
